ABOUT
Moving from Survival to Sovereignty
In my forthcoming book, Navigating the Polycrisis: Why Sagacious Leadership Is Key to Systemic Transformation (De Gruyter Brill), I introduce Sagacious Leadership as a necessary orientation for unstable times.
Sagacity is not a personality trait. It is a disciplined way of leading — the capacity to register weak signals, discern patterns beneath noise, and act responsibly rather than reactively.
If you have ever felt “too deep” or “too different” for conventional leadership culture, that may not be a weakness. Depth, pattern recognition, and relational intelligence are the most important strategic capacities of our times.
As a coach and sensemaker, I do not help you cope inside misaligned structures. I help you see clearly enough to reform them, redesign them, or step beyond them.
Leaders lose orientation and agency when unexamined protective patterns and inner contradictions distort perception — in thinking, in the nervous system, and in the energetic organisation of the body. My work restores internal coherence so clarity and decisive capacity return.
My approach integrates science, systems thinking, and embodied practice. With degrees in biology and anthropology, I studied how living systems adapt. Training in music therapy deepened my understanding of resonance and regulation. Years of Karate and Modern Dance taught me that presence is organised energy.
Today, this multidisciplinary foundation allows me to bring systemic rigour and intuitive depth into leadership contexts. I work with deep-thinking and creative leaders and entrepreneurs whose perception runs ahead of existing frameworks. Supporting them to integrate insight, restore internal coherence, and act with strategic clarity.
Instead of engineering yourself or your organisation like a machine, we cultivate it as a living system.
Soil matters. Timing matters. Discernment matters.
I serve as a strategic reflector for those who know the stakes are high — and who want to act with clarity and integrity when getting it wrong is costlyt
Be yourself,
everyone else is taken.

Life lessons
I was born into a privileged multi-cultural family. Yet, when looking back at my life I realise that growing up, there were too many conflicting demands put on me. Add the experience of being bullied for who I was, leaving me deeply disempowered, with an eating disorder, panic attacks and sabotaging success and fulfilment at every possible corner. For most of my younger years it seemed simply safer to avoid a good life, rather than dare to show how gifted I was. Following my bliss seemed utterly impossible.
Transformation
On my path, I had the luck to meet wonderful teachers and mentors. They patiently and kindly taught me about the deeper meaning of self-respect, self-love and true empowerment.
When a severe illness challenged me at the same time that I was confronted with a very difficult marital situation something began to shift inside me. I was in the true sense of the word sick of it.
There was no more time to waste on self-denial, self-denigration and being a doormat for others.
Looking back, I realise that my life lessons were all about embodying emotional, physical and mental core strength. They centered on understanding about true self-respect, the right kind of boundaries and an appropriate kind of self-love.
Mission
My mission grew out of the lessons that life presented to me. Empowering deep thinkers and high potential individuals to self-actualize and lead with their unique talents.
Expressing them in a way that serves both themselves and their community. We live in a deeply changing world and each and every one of us is needed!
We are called to contribute to creating a world where respect and joy for life are more important than our old destructive and toxic ways of interacting with others and our planet. This transformation necessitates that we are centered and empowered so that we cannot be so easily manipulated by the chaos that surrounds us.
