MY METHOD
Deep Process Methodology
Moving Beyond Optimization to Transformation
We look for:
- How different parts of your life and work interconnect, Instead of treating symptoms in isolation (“fix my confidence,” “manage my time better”)
- Understand the feedback loops that reinforce toxic patterns
- Identify leverage points that create small shifts cascading change.
We identify root causes:
- Why perfectionism, brain fog, and self-doubt show up together as part of one pattern.
- How external structures (work culture, family expectations) interact with internal patterns (somatic holding, beliefs) to keep you stuck.
- Where to intervene: The specific blindspot or somatic shift that unlocks the whole system, rather than endlessly optimizing individual pieces
A transformative method blending business coaching and trauma-informed deep process work. We use somatic and intuitive tools to uncover and gently release blockades that limit your next step.
The process guides you to uncover your fundamental needs and core aspirations, identify what’s in the way, and align your life or work with what truly matters to you.
By turning challenges into potential this approach activates your strengths and creates lasting, real-world impact.
If you are an HSP my typology considers your specific type, helping you understand your unique combination of traits and how this can support your fullest expression.
Build something new, rather than reshuffle what no longer fits.
Our ability to lead and innovate is often blocked by old patterns, judgments, and internalised expectations that are stored in our mind, our body, our unconscious and in our energy body.
These barriers show up as perfectionism, brain fog, imposter syndrome, and self-doubt, hiding your true potential.
The external structures and systems that we try to use to succeed often counter act what we try to build.
My work does not focus on optimizing existing choices.
It focuses on creating the conditions for new ones to emerge.
By helping clients see their situation clearly — including the assumptions and external structures shaping it — I support choices that are not limited to what is already known or available.
Physical Core
Above all, learn how to breathe correctly. Joseph Pilates
There is an innate beauty in a body that authentically reflects its core essence. The physical core is not only your energy center and the way you “position” yourself in life, but also a reflection of your inner attitude towards life. Your body reflects your beliefs.
Emotional Core
Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us. David Richo
We all experience emotional injuries that stifle our potential. We stop trusting ourselves, other people and above all life! Anxiety, social anxiety, fatigue, depression, panic attacks or other signs of disease reflect this disorganisation of our nervous systems.
Mental Core
Create options not limitations! John Jenkins
What do you believe about yourself, about others, about the world? How much interference distorts your truths. How much of “you” have you left behind? Resiliency is determined by your ability to create opportunities where your mind tells you that there are none.
Energetic Core
At the most elemental , we are not a chemical reaction, but an energetic charge. Lynne McTaggert
We are electro-magnetic beings. An energy field surrounds our body that is influenced positively or negatively by imprints from childhood, our ancestral load, our joys and pains from those around us. The quality of this field often determines what can succeed at in your life.
